Our function room is known as the KINGFISHER SUITE
The room holds 100 people and is available for
family celebrations, meetings & charity nights.
The Calendar is updated so you can see availability at a glance.
Parents have to be fully paid up members for 2 years prior to the event
We do not cater for children’s birthday parties or gatherings
Members – £150, including a £100 refundable damage deposit.
Non-Members – £200, including a £100 refundable damage deposit.
The same charges apply to all functions, including funeral receptions.
The £100 damage deposit will be refunded following the function, provided there is no damage to the room, furniture or club property and the conditions of hire have been met.
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure the function room.
Bookings will not be confirmed until payment has been received in full.
At least 2 months' notice: The £100 damage deposit will be refunded. The remaining hire charge is non-refundable.
Less than 2 months' notice: No refund will be issued.

You are able to use your own caterers and provide your own entertainment,
we do have a caterer who we can recommend.
We do not have any kitchen facilities that you can use.
